After several months of hibernation, the DANIEL WIGGINS GROUP are proud to finally present their new EP, ‘Wanderlust’.
In celebration of this small but significant milestone, join them for this FREE entry event at one of WA’s most buzzing live venues, Rodney’s Bait ‘n Tackle. That’s not all… they are incredibly privileged to be having consummate musician and songwriter, Troy Peverall opening proceedings from 8pm”.
‘Wanderlust’ (to be released on September 1st) is comprised of five tracks which convey a range of musical styles and textures, with particular emphasis on Wiggins’ proclivity for writing progressive music with a pop sensibility.
The EP has been entirely self-produced, mixed and mastered (except for track 4 which was mastered by long-time collaborator, Drew Griffiths).

Daniel Wiggins Group (DWG) is a guitar-driven conceptual rock band, fusing elements of progressive, jazz-fusion, and folk music. DWG presents a dynamic repertoire that echoes the prog-rock aesthetic of the past while forging ahead on its own unique path.
As newcomers (though seasoned live performers independently) the band has captivated local audiences with its intricate guitar-work, dizzying time changes and ambitious – though hook-laden – compositions.
As a self-produced song-writer and recording artist, Daniel Wiggins (vocals, guitar) has independently released several albums and EPs since 2016, to critical acclaim. Aside from his own music, Wiggins is a locally renowned lead guitarist, having toured with acts such as Katie J White and Dilip n The Davs, playing festivals and venues statewide.
Wiggins has released several self-produced recordings, including Meditations (2016), In Anonymity (2018), and also three ambient LPs under the moniker, ‘Jeanscape’ – The Strand (2016), Discord (2017) and How A Hurricane Feeds Itself (2018).
