Two years on from the release of her last album, 2018’s Collide, singer-songwriter IMOGEN CLARK delivers her brand new EP, The Making Of Me.
Praised for its raw honesty by fans and critics both locally and across North America, The Making Of Me is a stunning six-track offering overflowing with powerful vocal, reflective lyrics and slick production; the culmination of a year that challenged Clark both emotionally and spiritually.
“The songs on this EP are all about coming out of a year that really broke me down, picking up the pieces and putting together a new version of myself”, said Imogen.

Recorded in LA with producer Mike Bloom (Julian Casablancas, Jenny Lewis) at the helm, The Making Of Me features a star-studded line-up with players from some of the world’s greatest rock bands – from Benmont Tench (Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers) on keyboards, to Pete Thomas (Elvis Costello and the Attractions) on drums, with a touch of Alex Lahey, Clare Bowen, Emma Swift, Anita Lester and more across six tracks.
To celebrate the release, Imogen performs two shows – 6pm and 9:30pm – at Sydney’s The Vanguard on Thursday 10 September.
