SOUNDS OF THE BEACH BOYS AT THE SEWING ROOM

The summer sounds of the Beach Boys will fill the city on May 3 when Perth’s most versatile live music venue and nightclub, The Sewing Room, presents a “Somewhat Beach Boys Tribute Party”.

The venue has brought together a collection of WA’s most talented performers/songwriters and challenged them to pay tribute to the Beach Boys in their own style.

Those performing will include Turtle Bay Television, Ribs, Thee Gold Blooms, Honestly, Jeremy (of Segue) and the aptly named The Surf Mist.

If you love local music and you’ve got a soft spot for the Beach Boys then this event will bring a summer breeze wafting into your early May night.

Each band will play a selection of Beach Boys tunes amongst their own loveable numbers.

A Somewhat Beach Boys Tribute Party will run from 7pm to 11pm on Friday May 3  – $10 entry – Facebook event

The Sewing Room is Perth’s favourite live music venue and nightclub and is located in a restored basement on Wolf Lane, just off Murray Street in the heart of the city.
