Perth Hip Hop pioneers Downsyde are pleased to drop their latest single Memory Lane, the final release from their album ClassicILL which was released at the end of last year. Forming over 20 years ago, Downsyde kicked open the doors for West Australian hip hop artists as well as being ground breakers on the national scene. Since then they’ve released five acclaimed albums, won a stack of awards, had charting albums and singles and toured Australia and the world numerous times, building up a legion of fans across the globe.

Now following on from epic sets at the Perth International Arts Festival with AB Original, State Of The Art and Hidden Treasures earlier in the year, you can catch them at their first headline show of 2018 at Jack Rabbit Slim’s before heading east for a run of shows including The Noisy Healer Festival in Muswellbrook, joining Canadian Rapper Madchild in Adelaide as well as playing with their super squad Syllabolix for the first time in Tasmania. After that they’ll be heading back in to the studio to work on their next record, their first with new member Beni Bjah.
